We’re building seamless digital experiences across Internet Bank and Mobile App for customers in the Baltics. As a UX Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with product, tech, and fellow designers to make financial products more accessible, transparent, and user-friendly.
What you’ll be doing:
Design thoughtful, usable experiences that meet both customer needs and business goalsConduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisionsCreate wireframes, flows, and prototypes in Figma, aligned with SEB brand and design systemCollaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs from concept to productionParticipate in design critiques, workshops, and team rituals to raise the design quality bar
What we’re looking for
2+ years of experience in UX or product designPortfolio showcasing solid design thinking and problem-solving for web and/or mobileProficiency in Figma and knowledge of accessibility best practicesComfortable conducting user research and working with dataGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teamsFluency in Lithuanian and English (English language is required as you will be working across the Baltic markets)
Bonus points if You Have:
Experience in the banking, fintech, or investment sectorVisual design skills and attention to UI detailsExperience working in an agile development environment

3.000 € - 5.450 € a month
The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
