About the role:
You will belong to Digital Workplace, IT Automation & Quality department, providing 2nd line IT support to SEB employees (~16’000) worldwide from 21 countries, while maintaining the highest level of service. The support is related to MS 365 products, Virtual and General Workplace services, Software and Hardware services. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with focus on accuracy and timely IT services are essence of our daily work.
As an IT Engineer for M365 Productivity, you will be responsible for:
Providing 2nd Line IT Support: Assist employees through various channels such as MS Teams, email, and phone supportIncident Management: Take ownership of troubleshooting incidents and coordinating their resolutionTechnical Troubleshooting: Utilize support tools like remote desktop control and knowledge management databases to apply effective troubleshooting stepsSubject Matter Expertise: Serve as the team’s expert on Microsoft 365 workloads, particularly SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Forms and M365 CopilotQuality Assurance: Evaluate the quality of registered requests and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaboration: Maintain continuous dialogue with Product Owners from Digital workplace Teams (3rd line) to enhance the M365 Productivity environmentInnovation and Improvement: Collect and drive ideas for future automations and service improvements for M365 Productivity.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Expertise in Microsoft 365 Infrastructure, with proficiency in SharePoint integrations, OneDrive M365 Copilot, Cloud & on-prem hybrid environments, and MS GraphExperience with Telephony Systems like Mitel, MiContact Center, Nice Recording, SQL, and a basic understanding of service packaging (beneficial but not mandatory) Skill in Windows core applications, Office suite, M365 productivity applications, VPN networking applications, Citrix, and Virtual Desktop InfrastructureFamiliarity with environments like Intune and SCCMThe ability to independently analyse issues, report findings, and drive improvements in a structured mannerUnderstanding of ITIL and Agile frameworksFluency in English, both written and spokenThe ability to collaborate effectively as a flexible team player and take ownership A customer-oriented mindset with a strong eagerness to suggest and implement new ideas

2.550 € - 3.400 € a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
