As a Intern with SEB, you will gain experience from one of the leading Corporate- and Investment Banks in the Nordics. You will become an integrated part of our team and work on challenging projects and analytical assignments alongside experienced professionals.
Equity Research offers analysis products of Nordic companies. As an intern, you will work closely with our analysts to identify investment opportunities, through analysis of various companies and industries. Normally you will take a deep dive into a specific sector, such as oil and oil services, shipping, renewable energy, seafood, finance, or other relevant sectors on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Tasks will include preparation of presentations, reports, and financial modelling.
About the program
Our summer internship normally last 8-10 weeks, from June to August.
The internship starts with an introduction to SEB at our head office in Stockholm, where interns from all countries meet for an educational week of team building, lectures, case work and networking. You will spend the rest of the summer at our office close to Aker Brygge, working on tasks related to our local business. A dedicated buddy will guide and support you.
Our selected interns will be considered for full-time employment within Investment Banking after graduation.
Who we are looking for
We are primarily looking for students who have completed 3 or 4 years of higher education. In addition to strong academic results and analytical skills we value an outgoing personality and team player mentality, engagement, high work capacity and a genuine interest in financial markets. Good communication skills in both English and a Scandinavian language is required.
