About the role:
The Workforce and Compensation department is responsible for delivering key HR processes across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the Baltics. Our work includes managing compensation structures and reviews, workforce data and analytics, benchmarking, employee benefits, and lifecycle processes such as onboarding, internal transfers, and exits.
We are now looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and improving compensation and benefits processes, with a primary focus on the Lithuania region, while also driving pay and benefits-related initiatives across the Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining compensation and benefits processes in line with company strategy and local regulations. Analyzing internal and external compensation data to ensure market competitiveness. Acting as a subject matter expert on compensation-related matters in Lithuania and provide advice to managers and HR colleagues. Coordinating and aligning benefits across the Baltic countries to ensure consistency, compliance, and competitiveness. Participating in Group initiatives and projects related to the implementation of pay processes and policies Monitoring local benefits legislation and trends in the Baltics and propose relevant updates or improvements. Supporting the procurement and management of local and regional benefit providers and ensure service-level quality. Ensuring clear and timely communication of compensation and benefits policies to employees and stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
At least 5+ years of experience in Compensation process area Strong and proven quantitative and analytical skills Good communication, presentation and facilitating skills Ability to coordinate work and collaborate in an agile way Are Fluent in English and local language

3.200 € - 4.800 € a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
