About the role
You will be an important part of our professional team, responsible for providing the best customer service to our Private Wealth Management & Family Office clients. You will be responsible for engaging with clients and ensuring they receive exceptional support. Your primary goal will be to facilitate smooth communication and provide comprehensive assistance to our clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Working closely with Client Executives and other SEB teams is crucial as you need to address client needs and concerns as they arise.
As Team Lead your responsibility is to act as one point of contact for the team, addressing any issues or challenges that arise and finding solutions to ensure smooth operations and client experience. You will liaise closely with the Head of Private Wealth Management and the Client Executives to understand their needs and set structure for the tasks. Team Lead role is a coordinator role without manager or HR responsibility.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
• Understanding of wealth management business processes and ability to prioritize work tasks together with the team and Client Executives
• Experience in leading a client service team whilst ensuring that work tasks are equally distributed and orderly managed in the team
• Focus on the customer and interest in providing a high level of service both internally and externally, with the ability to improve ways of working
• Collaborative and problem-solving mindset with a drive for self-learning
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written Finnish and English, Swedish is seen as an asset), and an efficient and structured way of working
• Bachelor’s degree in business (or equivalent) and couple of years’ work experience within the financial sector, preferably from client service
