Your Tech Trainee position and your team
You would be appointed as Solution developer at Credit Risk Tribe that works with various data sets for risk assessments, starting from gathering risk-related data sets, supporting modeling teams and implementing various risk-related models in our internal systems.
Simultaneously by working in the role you are being recruited to, you will participate in SEB's Tech Trainee Programme for six months. It will give you the opportunity to develop an extensive network within the bank, gain a deep understanding of the financial industry and our global tech organization, and be professionally and personally challenged.
As part of the programme, you can expect to: contribute to meaningful projects, work [AB1.1]on tech tracks, gain communication and leadership skills, and participate in a hackathon and a business challenge.
- Graduated within the past two years, or will graduate before the programme starts on 1st September 2026 – from a relevant academic degree or a two-year vocational education in IT or tech
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership
- Great communication skills and to be able to work in English
- Managing and storing large data.
- Working with back-end solutions (Python preferred).
