We offer an opportunity to advise leading corporates and financial sponsors on some of their most important strategic decisions. Corporate Finance is a core function within Investment Banking, providing market-leading services across Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM).
With strong and sustained deal momentum, we are now looking to hire an experienced Analyst or Associate to work on our diverse pipeline of domestic and cross-border transactions.

About the role
You will work in high-performing deal teams, taking active responsibility across the full transaction process to deliver high-quality financial and strategic advice. The role combines rigorous analytical work with significant client exposure and steep learning from day one. Responsibilities include:
- Building and reviewing complex financial models and valuation analyses including DCF, LBO, comparable company analyses, transaction analyses etc.
- Conducting in-depth company, sector and market research.
- Crafting high-impact materials for management teams, boards and investors.
- Contributing to end-to-end execution (workstreams, internal and external stakeholder coordination, due diligence etc.) across M&A and ECM processes.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
- 1–5 years of relevant experience, e.g. investment banking, transaction advisory (Big 4), corporate development, equity research or strategy consulting.
- Background specifically from an investment banking or M&A advisory environment
- Analytical capacity, numeracy and a solid understanding of valuation methods.
- Proactive mindset, passion for learning and ability to build trusted relationships.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
