The SEB House View Forum consists of a team of investment experts from different parts of the bank. The forum presents its market- and allocation view based on analyses to s to provide a comprehensive and well-founded picture of the market situation.
House View Forum serves as a support both in discretionary management and advisory services. Discretionary management means that the bank makes investment decisions for the client within an agreed framework, while the advice is adapted to each client’s needs and circumstances.
Successful asset management requires a long-term strategy, but also the flexibility to make tactical adjustments when the market situation changes.
The SEB House View Forum decides on how much SEB Asset Management recommends allocating to the different asset classes such as for example equities and government bonds. SEB House View Reports have been replaced by SEB Investment Outlook. Here you will find earlier SEB House View Reports.
