Viktor Johansson founded Crip in Tech to help more people with physical disabilities enter the IT industry and create greater inclusion in a sector where they remain underrepresented.

IGEday (Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day) is an annual initiative by the Womengineer Foundation, giving girls and non-binary young people aged 13–19 the opportunity to explore engineering, meet role models and be inspired to pursue engineering studies.
