Our funds

The managed real estate funds Domestica and Arkadia focus on housing, which over time is expected to provide a stable, inflation-proof return. Domestica targets regional cities with strong growth, while Arkadia targets small growth areas. Both fund concepts focus on climate-smart tenancies in Sweden. SEB Nordic Energy is focusing on direct investment in renewable energy infrastructure assets in the Nordics. The discretionary mandate for Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv, one of Sweden's largest commercial property owners, focuses on centrally located properties in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.

Our investment process

The team have produced good returns against comparable indices for a long time and have a well-proven transaction model where they assess segments, geography and the individual object.

Sustainability is an obvious part of the market-leading process for procurement and control of property management that has been used for many years. Great focus is also placed on value-creating investments.
