The managed real estate funds Domestica and Arkadia focus on housing, which over time is expected to provide a stable, inflation-proof return. Domestica targets regional cities with strong growth, while Arkadia targets small growth areas. Both fund concepts focus on climate-smart tenancies in Sweden. The Green Energy Fund is focusing on direct investment in renewable energy infrastructure assets in the Nordics. The discretionary mandate for Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv, one of Sweden's largest commercial property owners, focuses on centrally located properties in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.
