Auditors

According to its Articles of Association, the Bank shall have at least one and not more than two auditors with at most an equal number of deputies. A registered accounting firm may be appointed auditor. The auditors are appointed for a period of one year, in accordance with Swedish law.

At the AGM 2024 Ernst & Young AB was elected as auditor of the bank for the period up to and including the 2025 AGM. Lead audit partner is Hamish Mabon.

Hamish Mabon was born 1965.

Authorised Public Accountant, member of FAR since 1992 and FAR Certified Financial Institution Auditor in Sweden.

The fees charged by the auditor for the auditing of the Bank's annual accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, and for other assignments invoiced during these periods, are shown in note 9) in the Annual and Sustainability Report.
