SEB Annual General Meeting 2026

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB will be held on 24 March 2026 at 10.00 CET at Stockholm Concert Hall, Hötorget, Stockholm. 

A shareholder who wishes to have a matter addressed by the AGM must in advance submit a written request to the Board of Directors.  The request should have been received in such good time that the matter can be included in the notice for the meeting. 

Such request must have been received by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, no later than 3 February 2026.
