The international and local investor community received the transaction well, resulting in a final allocation to more than 100 investors from 25 countries and demand for the securities exceeded supply.
The issue was the largest of corporate bonds originating from Latvia to date. Settlement is expected to take place on 30 July 2019.
J.P. Morgan acted as the global coordinator and together with SEB as joint bookrunner for this bond offering.
