SEB will take part in Stockholm Pride 2026 as an official partner, with employees participating in the Pride parade on 1 August. The engagement is part of the bank’s long‑term work to promote inclusion and equal opportunities in the workplace.

SEB’s participation includes visibility during Pride week and employee involvement in events linked to the parade in Stockholm. The bank has supported inclusion and diversity initiatives for many years, guided by its group‑wide Inclusion and Diversity Policy.

“At SEB, we believe that an inclusive and diverse workplace is essential for long‑term success. Taking part in Stockholm Pride is one way of showing our commitment to ensuring that all employees feel respected and able to be themselves,” says Sven Eggefalk, Head of Business & Retail Banking at SEB.

In addition to Stockholm Pride, SEB employees in the Baltic countries will also take part in local Pride events. Employees in Lithuania will join the Pride parade in Vilnius on 6 June 2026, while employees in Latvia and Estonia will participate in Pride parades in Riga and Tallinn on 13 June 2026.

SEB also supports inclusion through internal initiatives such as Proud at SEB, an employee network that works to raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues and promote an inclusive culture across the bank’s operations.

“Pride is one opportunity to show that SEB stands for inclusivity and equality. All employees should feel valued, respected, and empowered to be themselves.  At SEB, we value different perspectives and diversity of thought,” says Cecila Wolrath Ekenbäck, Head of Group Compliance at SEB.
