SEB rated the best FX bank in Nordic Prospera ranking

Anna Andrén, Global Head of FX at SEB.

SEB improved its rating and again took the top spot as the best FX bank in the Nordics in Kantar Sifo’s most recent Prospera survey of corporate and financial institutional bank customers.

“This achievement is a reflection of our global team’s ability to consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients across the full value chain. It also shows our ability to adapt, innovate, and maintain the high standards our clients expect of us in an ever-changing business environment,” says Anna Andrén”, Global Head of FX in SEB’s Large Corporates & Financial Institutions division.

Andrén says she and her team are committed to continuously staying at the forefront in global competitiveness and automation, raising the bar and continuing the journey of success and client satisfaction in the years ahead.

FX services are global, and the service model extends to 24 hours daily, meaning different SEB sites work in close collaboration. It is also a technology-intense product, making the bank’s tech teams, as well as other support units, an important part of the value chain.

Kantar Sifo ranks based on interviews with 240 organisations across the Nordic region. The respondents rated their bank relationships based on 18 categories, which were weighed to form an overall result.

SEB improved its score to 4.25 from 4.23 and remained in first place in this year’s ranking.

Looking at the various categories, SEB improved in many areas and ranked number one in seven, including ideas, prices in Kronor, research, macro & strategy, analytical discussion and risk advisory.

When Kantar Sifo compiled answers for individual countries, SEB ranked number one in Sweden and Norway, and number two in Denmark and Finland.

“I want to extend a great thank you to our clients for their continued trust and for keeping us on our toes every day,” says Anna Andrén.
