Large Nordic companies rate SEB number one bank

SEB maintains its position as the leading corporate bank in the Nordics, according to the latest Prospera customer survey from Kantar Sifo.

For the fifth year straight, SEB received the highest rating and ranked at the top overall, with a rating of 4.36. SEB ranks number one among the largest companies (Tier 1) and the smaller companies (Tier 2).

“Being presented with the award for best Large Corporate Bank in the Nordics by our clients for the fifth consecutive year is incredibly honouring and humbling,” says Andreas Fredriksson, Head of Corporate Banking within the Large Corporates & Financial Institutions division.

Looking at the eleven subcategories, SEB is ranked number one in all but one. SEB’s scores are particularly high in service-mindedness, proactivity, and providing the bank’s senior management attention.

“When diving into the results, it is clear we are making progress across our geographies and most areas. The three most improved areas are Service Minded (4.56), Personal Contact (4.41) and Proactive (4.26) – all at the very core of customer satisfaction,” says Andreas Fredriksson.
