Universum's annual Professionals survey is the largest of its kind in Sweden. This year, more than 16,000 professionals got to rate e.g. the different employers’ reputation, internal culture, and level of compensation. In the overall ranking, SEB performed very well.
The biggest increase was seen among Business Senior Professionals, where SEB climbed 18 places and landed in 25th place. At the top of the list were Ikea, Spotify and the Swedish Armed Forces, while SEB was number one among the traditional banks.
SEB was also number one among the banks for both IT Senior- and Young Professionals. Only among Business Young Professionals, a couple of other banks scored higher than SEB.
“We have worked actively towards the IT sector, to reach out with the many exciting roles and attractive benefits we can offer. The climb in the rankings is one indication of our success in doing this”, says Malin Brant-Lundin, Global Manager for Employer Branding within SEB.
