Information about Danish supervisory review

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has conducted a review of SEB Denmark’s measures against money laundering and financing of terrorism. The authority points out improvement measures within selected areas, which the bank is already addressing.

The improvement areas include some of the bank’s routines and processes, development of additional risk scenarios within the transaction monitoring and measures to ensure that the bank has adequate and relevant customer data.

SEB's ambition is, and has always been, to adhere to current regulations and the bank's own internal requirements as well as having a high standard for corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management.
