The survey is based on assessments from 123 large companies and institutions, of which the 52 largest are classified as Tier 1. SEB is just like last year ranked as number one in Tier 1, but now also climbs up to first place overall.
Customers have assessed the banks' cash management offering in terms of sales function, support, geographical capacity, and product offering. In total, the survey consists of just over 20 subcategories that are weighed together into an overall result “Overall Performance”.
