New global head of Employer Branding at SEB

Malin Brant-Lundin has assumed her position as global head of Employer Branding in HR, with responsibility for strengthening the bank’s brand as an employer.

“I have always been impressed by SEB, with its long history and active role in societal development,” says Brant-Lundin. “The bank’s focus on sustainability, digitalisation, innovation and entrepreneurship goes hand-in-hand with my values, as these are decisive matters for a company’s continued success.”

Malin Brant-Lundin joins SEB from her most recent position with the energy group Schneider Electric, where she was Head of Marketing & Communication and Digital Customer Experience in Sweden. She is a graduate of Uppsala University and has a Master of Science in Business and Economics with Marketing as a special focus area.

During the past 15 years she has held broad roles in marketing, internal communication and project management for consumer companies as well as global industrial groups such as KONE and Siemens.
