Ålund will be a member of the expanded Group Executive Committee along with Nicolas Moch, CIO, and Ausra Matuseviciene, head of Operations. All three will continue to report to Martin Johansson, head of Business Support & Chief of Staff.

Ålund has been head of IT Services (ITS) since autumn 2017. Starting on 1 June she will be head of Technology and will thereby have responsibility for both ITS and ISD (IT Solution Delivery).
"I am thrilled by this appointment. I feel both happy and humble ahead of my role to continue driving our change journey and contribute to our digital transformation and journey towards end-to-end automated processes," comments Ålund.
She notes that the change creates opportunities to further strengthen cross-functional collaboration between the application department and infrastructure.
"We will continue on our journey towards working as a team with the sole purpose of improving our customer deliveries. Technology is a key part of this and a prerequisite for all three strategic focus areas in the business plan," adds Ålund.
