The MiFID II regulation means changes that affect anyone engaged in the dealing and processing of financial instruments, from business and operating models, systems and data, to people and processes.
These changes came into force on 3 January 2018. As part of the changes, MiFID II sets a European standard as to how investment firms should disclose costs and charges related to the services that are provided to investors.
