About Your team:
We are looking for a Junior Developer to join our Trading Regulatory Reporting Team in Riga, part of SEB’s Technology area. You will become part of an agile team of 10 people, working within a larger virtual setup of over 50 dedicated professionals across Riga and Stockholm. Together, we deliver critical regulatory reporting solutions that help SEB and its clients stay compliant with constantly evolving financial market regulations. Regulatory Reporting has played a vital role in the financial services industry over the past decade, and our in-house developed solutions ensure SEB continues to meet regulatory expectations efficiently and reliably.

About Your position:
As a Junior Developer, you will support both the maintenance of our existing solution and the development of new features using modern technologies, contributing to systems that are deployed both on-premises and in the cloud.

To thrive in this role, we believe you:
  • Are currently pursuing senior year studies or are a recent graduate in IT Engineering or a related field or have completed studies in a coding school
  • Having some prior work experience in IT is advantageous
  • Great communication skills and fluency in English. Work execution is related to foreign countries
  • Willingness to learn: curious, asking questions, open to feedback and view the mistakes as an opportunity to learn
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Have accountability & time management skills
  • You are a team player

  • 2.000 € - 2.000 € a month
    Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
