Test automation lead to Identification & Signing | SEB, Solna

We are providing digital enablers for all of SEB for both private and corporate customers. Our services comprise of issuing of electronic identifications, Login as a service and Signing as a service, through different methods.
One of our current Scrum Masters will step into the team manager position for Identification & Signing STO and we are looking for her replacement in a slightly different setup. You will be working in close collaboration with the other Scrum Masters in our area, two teams in Stockholm and one team in Vilnius.
In the role of test specialist, you will be responsible for the analysis of the business requirements and testing of the Identification and Signing services, working and contributing towards continuous improvements in test automation process. Your mission as a Scrum Master is to lead the team forward by coaching the team, planning and executing on our product owners’ backlog, and constantly find ways to remove obstacles and barriers for the team.
About the role
Test specialist skills:
• You should have experience from Agile development, focused on test automation with at least some basic knowledge of programming.
• Familiar with test tools such as Postman, Ready API, Insomnia for API tests and Playwright or Selenium for GUI tests.
• Knowledge of Javascript and Typescript.
• Knowledge of CI processes and primarily GitHub Actions which we use.
• Knowledge of SQL is meritorious.
• You will be responsible for the full testing process from requirements analysis and definition, to test design and testing.
• You will work in an international environment with teams based in Vilnius and Stockholm.
Scrum master skills:
• Experience and a strong interest in agile way of working.
• Coaching and supporting the team, promoting good communication and teamwork.
• Coordinating the work between Swedish and Lithuanian teams where there are dependencies.

• You are an experienced test specialist with knowledge from working as a Scrum Master, with an interest in combining these two roles. You possess communicative and collaborative skills and a will to encourage dialogue.
• You are self-driven and have a proactive approach. You will be able to support the team the most, if you have a technical background/understanding and an interest in learning more about our services. You need to be able to understand business needs as well.
• You will work closely in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Solution Architects, Managers and Product Owners as well as your team and other teams in the area.
• We expect you to take active accountability of your work and for the team’s performance to deliver high quality.
• You are a positive service-minded team player contributing to the team’s success.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
