Temporary employee to Equities Corporate Actions I SEB, Solna
We're looking for a fast learning, result-driven professional preferably with experience in the Corporate Actions or Dividends area with proven track record of successful deliveries, excellent communication skills, positive mindset and willingness to continuously learn and collaborate with others.
Equities Corporate Actions Team is responsible for Corporate Actions and Dividends processes related to a variety of financial products within Equities business area such as Equity Swaps, Securities Lending, Cash Equities and Collateral Management. Our role is to ensure seamless processing and service to our customers and stakeholders, minimize risks, maintain compliance, and enhance operational efficiency. We also play an integral part in advancing our significant automation and data driven initiatives.
About the role
We are looking for a temporary employee to cover full time during the spring and summer.
In this role, you'll handle day to day administration of dividends for clients and take on responsibility, driving improvements in key processes while collaborating with a colleagues and business partners across multiple geographies. You will work in a dynamic, global environment, with opportunity to grow your expertise within the area of dividends and corporate actions.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Ensuring smooth processing of Dividends events, proactively addressing and resolving complex issues.
• Collaborating with international business partners, counterparties, clients, and team members to drive operational efficiency and resolve challenges.
• Optimizing team processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple regions.
• Administrating operational workflows, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and driving best practices.
This position requires on-site work at our office in Solna.
