About the role:

Leading a team around 15 members

Developing a motivated team with a high level of competence in the environment of constant change

Securing high-quality deliveries of day-to-day business
-
Building transparent and trustful relationships with stakeholders to meet operational and customer excellence

Involved in different projects driven by IT/Market/Client/Business changes
-
Driving change initiatives in process improvements and automation
-
Responsible for financial performance by setting the budget for the team and meeting financial targets
-
On top of risk management by thorough incidents’ analysis and implementation of risk mitigation activities
-
Contributing to the management team with your drive and expertise
-
Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams with direct reports, with a clear drive to develop people and continuously enhance processes.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to create structure and clarity in changing environments
-
Strong prioritisation skills to ensure daily operations and future needs are met
-
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Ability to navigate complex end-to-end processes, including IT systems
-
Familiarity with agile methodologies and transformation initiatives
