Are you driven by helping others succeed and building a culture where people feel empowered and supported? We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Team Manager to lead a team of 8 professionals in Depositary and Transfer Agency Services.

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for core depositary duties – safeguarding fund assets, monitoring cash flows and overseeing fund operations to protect investors’ interests, while also ensuring the timely and accurate administration of pension fund accounts through transfer agency services. You will play a key role in strengthening quality, fostering risk awareness and driving continuous improvement across all activities.

As a Team Manager you will be:
  • Lead, coach and develop team members, fostering engagement, competence growth and a positive team spirit
  • Build strong, transparent relationships with stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and great customer outcomes
  • Oversee depositary controls, including asset safekeeping, cash flow monitoring and fund oversight
  • Ensure accurate and timely transfer agency processes
  • Secure compliance with regulatory frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, local legislation), fund documentation and internal policies
  • Drive process improvements, automation and change initiatives
  • Deliver on KPIs, KRIs and business objectives
  • Proactively manage risks, investigate incidents and implement mitigation actions
  • Contribute actively to the management team with your ideas, energy and expertise
To thrive in this role, you bring:
  • A university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking or a related field
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, engage and inspire others
  • A strong delivery mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Solid knowledge of depositary services (transfer agency experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Strong analytical skills, accountability and resilience in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to create structure and clarity in change
  • Fluency in English
  • A positive mindset, strong drive and energy that helps the team move forward

3.750 € - 5.650 € a month

before tax deduction, depending on the managerial seniority level.

The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
