About the role:
Our Talent Acquisition team provides comprehensive support to SEB’s managers, ensuring the right talent is hired through a quality, unbiased recruitment process and the best candidate experience. In this role, you will focus on finding talents within the Technology area, driving the entire process from sourcing and managing applications to closing top talent. Given the nature of the role, a strong interest in and understanding of technology is important to be able to contribute effectively in tech recruitments and build credibility with stakeholders and candidates.
Responsibilities include owning full-cycle technical recruitment, identifying engineering business needs, and helping form the ways of working with top talents in the Talent Acquisition Technology area.
To thrive in this role, we believe you:
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience working within tech recruitment.
- Are structured, efficient, and able to manage multiple processes in parallel
- Are social, open, and communicative, with strong collaboration skills
- Are proactive, take initiative, and work well independently
- Bring an interest in how AI can be used to improve recruitment, sourcing, and candidate experience
- Have strong communication skills in Swedish and English
