We are looking for a business-oriented System Specialist to join Tech Trading FX/MM and help shape stable, scalable solutions in our business-critical FX environment. 

Our department is part of Technology Trading and consists of around 60 professionals delivering development and maintenance for FX trading in a fast-paced setting where time-to-market, stability, and quality are critical to business success.   

About the role 

As a System Specialist in our FX Trading team, you will work hands-on in the Murex platform, focusing on building and maintaining solutions that directly support business processes and trading operations. 

You will act as a key link between business and technology, translating requirements into robust solutions and ensuring that data flows, calculations, and integrations work seamlessly in a complex FX environment. 

Working closely with stakeholders across trading, risk, and technology, you will: 

  • Identify, drive and implement improvements in workflows and integrations 

  • Ensure stability and reliability in daily operations 

  • Contribute to a shared understanding between business and tech 

At the same time, you will be part of a forward-thinking environment where we continuously refine how we work. We are exploring AI and modern tooling to simplify workflows, improve operational insight, and increase efficiency. We are therefore looking for someone who is curious, open to new ideas, and eager to contribute to both platform evolution and smarter ways of working. 

Your background and skills  

We believe you bring a strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to understand and engage with business stakeholders. 

 You have: 

  • Experience from financial systems, trading platforms, or risk environments

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful  

  • Experience working closely with stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions 

  • Programming experience in Python and/or Java 

  • Understanding of FX or capital markets 

You are collaborative, structured, and comfortable working in an environment where business impact and technological quality go hand in hand.
