About the role


As Strategic Business Analyst, your main tasks will include:

  • Deliver actionable insights and reveal critical gaps, bringing the customer perspective to the table when working with strategies and goals
  • Developing customer data intelligence foundation and loyalty economics to support strategic decision-making
  • Leading both smaller and more complex transformation projects, with a strong focus on enhancing customer experience
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders


To thrive in this role, we believe you have

  • Good strategic and analytical ability and high capacity in solving complex problems and creating momentum
  • Extensive experience of working with customer insights at strategic and tactical level
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate broadly
  • Experience driving customer-centric initiatives in large or complex organizations
  • Knowledge of loyalty economics and customer data intelligence framework
  • Familiarity with insight and analytics tools (e.g., Medallia, Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/Snowplow, Looker, SAS)
  • Experience from the financial industry or other regulated sectors
  • Basic understanding of data architecture, data flows, and API integration
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • University degree in Business/Industrial Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
