About the role:
You will be a part of a team that administrates SEB's largest corporate customers and financial institutions by connecting them to the global financial services offered by SEB. Cross collaboration and interaction with other teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work. In addition to general tasks, we work on automating the boring stuff by creating robotics and scripting solutions.
 
As a Bank Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:
  • Enabling customers to access digital banking services via different digital channels 
  • Administrating authentication devices allowing clients to access corporate banking solutions 
  • Monitoring and following up incoming inquiries via internal communication channels 
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the globe to solve daily challenges and share success stories 
  • Participating in various process automation and development initiatives 
  • Contributing to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge and best practices with colleagues

1.700 € - 2.400 € a month
The above indicated range is the monthly salary range for this position before tax deduction.
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
