About the role:
Custody Services Riga department plays a crucial role in safeguarding and managing our clients’ assets, ensuring accuracy, security and efficiency in all our activities.
As a Business services specialist, you'll be part of an inclusive and professional team. In our dynamic environment, you'll have the opportunity to learn about banking products and regulatory reporting. Daily tasks in the role might include international tax reporting (TRACE, QI), reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies, as well as providing support to stakeholders and clients. We strongly support continuous improvement culture enabling our employees to drive process changes, system automation, scripting, and robotics.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
A wish to learn and obtain new skills in Custody area; Attention to details with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines; Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information; Strong sense of responsibility and ownership; Great communication skills and fluency in English. Work execution is related to foreign countries.

1.350 € - 2.000 € a month
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
