About the Role:
As a Sourcing Manager in SEB Group Procurement, you will be accountable for providing high-value sourcing services for indirect expenditure. The position entails managing sourcing projects, renegotiating current agreements, identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives, and effectively communicating and collaborating with internal stakeholders. You will ensure alignment across SEB, including cross-country and cross-divisional considerations, mitigate operational risks, and promote process efficiency to achieve business objectives. Significant collaboration with SEB’s sourcing professionals—including Category Managers—is an essential aspect of this role.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
3–5 years of experience in sourcing and indirect procurement Ability to understand strategic changes and translate them into business processes or requirements Strong negotiation, leadership, collaboration, and motivation skills with stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues Experience managing client and vendor relationships, analytical mindset, ability to present complex data to stakeholders, and commitment to continuous learning Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

3.200 € - 4.800 € a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
