What you will be doing   

As a Software Developer, you will work with an enthusiastic CRM team of IT and business professionals across the Baltic countries, helping to develop and enhance our CRM area solutions. Being part of Customer Overview and Digital Enablers Tribe in SEB Baltics, the CRM team is responsible for the development and smooth implementation of core CRM processes and customer relationship services across multiple business areas. We combine strong engineering practices with a focus on reliability, quality, and continuous improvement. The team follows an agile way of working using the Scrum framework. You’ll join a collaborative environment where learning, support, and knowledge sharing are part of our daily work. You´ll have the opportunity to design and implement fast, scalable, and secure solutions used by SEB employees and customers.  

This role calls for a hands-on mindset and close collaboration.  Attention to detail, quality, and timely delivery are at the heart of everything we do.  

Your responsibilities will include
  • Build and enhance secure, scalable, and user-centred solutions 

  • Contribute to defining requirements and estimating development effort 

  • Ensuring proper solution integration and smooth deployments 

  • Create and maintain clear, high-quality technical documentation 

  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents to ensure smooth operations 

  • Support the team in resolving technical challenges and identifying the best solutions 

  • Align your work with priorities set by the Product Owner 

  • Contribute to team projects and share your expertise to help others grow 

You’ll be the right fit if you have
  • Experience as a mid-level developer 

  • Experience with Java frameworks (Spring Boot)  

  • Experience or willingness to learn OpenEdge ABL / Progress  

  • Experience developing system integrations and working with APIs would be a benefit 

  • Knowledge about relational databases 

  • Solution-driven mindset and a proactive, can-do approach 

  • Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail 

  • Strong sense of responsibility 

  • Good communication skills and collaborative approach 

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn 

  • Strong written and spoken English skills 

Our technology stack
  • Back-end: OpenEdge ABL (Progress), Java / Spring Boot 

  • Databases: OpenEdge RDBMS, PostgreSQL 

  • Development and integration tools: Git/Bitbucket, GitHub Copilot, Jenkins, Openshift 

  • Test automation: Playwright 

  • Other: Jira, Confluence, MS Teams

2.950 € - 4.250 € a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits
