About the role:
As an AI Engineer, you'll dive into shaping the future of finance through agile and modern work methods. To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Development of data structures, and reporting solutions practice Experience with data processing and ETLs Bachelor in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Computer Science Practical experience of 3 years+ working as data analyst, software developer, engineer with python as main programming language. Experience with ML/AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Supervised/unsupervised learning, SVM, neural networks, CNN, optimization, overfitting, evaluation metrics, etc Knowledge of transformers, tokenization, embeddings, LLMs, RAG, etc Fluent in Latvian and English, as you will be part of Baltic team, and working with stakeholders across Baltics
Good to have:
Familiarity with Dev/MLOps - model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for AI/ML Experience with Cloud Platforms Experience with Agents / MCP frameworks

2.750 € - 4.000 € a month
The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
