About the role: As a Senior Specialist at SEB, you will be responsible for enabling operational excellence and best practices in the Settlements area. You will support your colleagues with complex questions and investigations, embrace changes and collaborate with stakeholders to increase customers satisfaction and ensure world class service.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
At least 2 years of experience in relevant area; Ability to drive team culture of continuous improvements connected to the service delivery; Good knowledge in structured problem solving; Good risk awareness; Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information; Great communication skills and fluency in English.

1.850 € - 2.750 € a month
Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
