About the role: 

As a Senior Solution Developer, you’ll apply your 10+ years of mainframe expertise, comfortably supporting other developers and driving improved developer experience. Your role will embody customer focus and deliver high-value results with a business-oriented approach. As part of a team, you’ll help drive innovation and continuous improvement while contributing to your and your colleague’s skill development and strong cross-team collaboration. In this role, you’ll focus on improving efficiency and delivering high-quality solutions, working with technologies such as Cobol, JCL, and Db2/SQL. Experience with Assembler, REXX, System Programming, Easytrieve, SEB C/S, DHS, and testing is highly valued, as is knowledge of non-mainframe technologies such as Linux, Docker, and API development. 

 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have: 

• Over 10 years of robust mainframe experience, proficient in Cobol, JCL, and Db2/SQL. 

• Solid understanding of Assembler, REXX, System Programmer experience, or non-mainframe technologies (Linux, Docker, API development). 

• Driven to improve developer experience and comfortable supporting other developers with a strong customer focus. 

• A collaborative, business-oriented approach to driving innovation, change, efficiency, and continuous competency growth.
