- Architecture with clear accountability, ownership, and legal responsibility.
- Support for strategic initiatives such as core ledger renewal and the payments roadmap.
- Enabling a target state with multiple CRM solutions and a consistent customer view within SEB AB.
- Supporting group-level aggregation and reporting needs across Finance and Risk while maintaining clear legal-entity accountability and domain boundaries.
You will collaborate closely with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to:
- Define architectural direction and principles for the area.
- Support initiatives and deliveries with clear decision-making and structure.
- Drive clarity in complex cross-domain questions.
- Strengthen long-term architecture while supporting practical transition steps.
- Create alignment across stakeholders and teams.
This role is about shaping direction and creating clear architectural guardrails for a critical domain.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
- Several years of experience working as a solution architect, domain architect, or enterprise architect.
- Strong ability to drive architecture in complex environments with many stakeholders and dependencies.
- Experience from areas such as customer lifecycle management, KYC, onboarding, master data, compliance, or core banking transformation.
- A solid understanding of domain boundaries, ownership, and accountability.
- The ability to balance long-term target architecture with pragmatic delivery needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and credible way.
- A collaborative mindset and the seniority to challenge constructively when needed.
It is an advantage if you also have experience from:
- Customer and party data architecture.
- KYC or financial crime-related processes.
- CRM and customer engagement architecture.
- Payments and account-related transformation.
- Banking or another highly regulated environment.
What we offer
- Agile and modern ways of working.
- A flat hierarchy and openness to share ideas, opinions and points of view.
- Extensive training and learning opportunities.
- Mobility within a large global company.
- A hybrid work model, with the possibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
- A central role in shaping a strategically important architecture area.
