About the role:

Real Estate Unit is responsible for delivering workplace solutions in Lithuania including activities such as: lease portfolio management, (re)constructions, renovations, relocation projects and facility management services.

As a Senior Property Manager at SEB, you'll be part of an inclusive team of professional and engaged colleagues. As a Senior Property Manager you will actively pursue the goals of the Real Estate and, together with internal stakeholders, ensure proper management of real estate projects, maintenance of facilities and provision of real estate-related services in line with the Bank’s operational needs & Real Estate management framework.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordination, implementation of real estate project objectives, and facility management improvements from setting objectives, actions planning to financial value realisation

  • Managing landlords and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations. driving both internal and external stakeholder management.

  • Negotiations with real estate lessors, intermediaries, resolution of problems related to the extension and modification of lease agreements, coordination of decisions with the heads of the bank’s units and regions.

  • Maintenance of engineering systems of facilities and control of service providers

  • Cost control, analysis, budget coordination and submission of proposals for the initiation of efficiency improvement projects for premise leasing and utilities, as well as facility maintenance and related services.

  • Active participation in sustainability programmes at the bank’s and the SEB Group’s level, ensuring the submission of sustainability reports and data collection in accordance with the requirements of the SEB Group

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Deep understanding and proven leadership of real estate office and construction activities

  • Strong Project management knowledge and experience

  • Experience in maintenance of engineering systems of facilities and control of service providers

  • Experience with Activity Base buildings as an advantage

  • Good negotiation skills and experience in defending the interests of the organisation on the basis of agreements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership

  • Great communication skills and fluency in English

  • Service positivity, communicability, organisation

3.350 € - 5.050 € a month

(before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
