About the role
As a Senior Product Specialist, you will be part of realising our ambition to transform our business where self-service and flexible products and solutions are key and that our offers, platforms and tools are aligned with our business. With your leadership skills and using your experience from our industry, you will drive our development on different levels, working hand in hand together with business owners and other stakeholders in the agile structure and the solution ecosystems. Maintenance and regulatory adaptations of our products are also part of your responsibility.
Who you are
You have an analytical mindset, spot opportunities, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. You thrive in change and have a strong drive to turn ideas into action.
We also believe you have:
- A university degree or other relevant education
- Proven experience as a Product Specialist, preferably in a complex or fast‑paced environment
- Experience working with the Lumera insurance platform
- Extensive insurance product expertise, especially in contractual pension, with a solid understanding of how evolving customer expectations influence services and offerings
- Strong change‑driving capabilities, confident in leading both strategic and operational product initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Swedish and comfortable conducting meetings and producing documentation in English
- A collaborative mindset and a positive, solution‑oriented approach
