As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will:
  • Provide advanced technical support to SEB employees across hardware, software, and collaboration tools
  • Handle installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for workplaces and devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, peripherals and meeting room equipment
  • Manage configuration changes, warranty repairs, and maintenance for IT hardware and software
  • Support Microsoft 365 services and assist users with daily operational questions
  • Coordinate logistics for IT equipment, including packaging, transport, and utilization
  • To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
  • Solid experience in IT support, including hardware, software, and workplace technologies
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)
  • Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and network equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow established procedures
  • Good Lithuanian and English skills to confidently guide our colleagues through technical steps

  • 2.100 € - 3.200 € a month
     (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
