As a Senior IT Support Specialist, you will:
Provide advanced technical support to SEB employees across hardware, software, and collaboration tools Handle installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for workplaces and devices Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, peripherals and meeting room equipment Manage configuration changes, warranty repairs, and maintenance for IT hardware and software Support Microsoft 365 services and assist users with daily operational questions Coordinate logistics for IT equipment, including packaging, transport, and utilization
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Solid experience in IT support, including hardware, software, and workplace technologies Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook) Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and network equipment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow established procedures Good Lithuanian and English skills to confidently guide our colleagues through technical steps

2.100 € - 3.200 € a month
(before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
