What you will be doing
As a Senior IT Analyst, you will play a key role in the development of corporate lending products and integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testers to transform business needs into scalable and high-quality solutions.

- Analyzing business processes, requirements, and system capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams
- Designing solution flows, system integrations, APIs, and data exchanges across internal and external platforms
- Collaborating with developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Participating in solution design discussions and helping teams make sound technical decisions
- Supporting testing activities, including functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing
- Driving alignment of processes and solutions across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
- Taking ownership of complex initiatives, ensuring progress, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery
- Previous experience as a Software Developer, Technical Analyst, System Analyst, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of software development, system architecture principles, APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- A product mindset and experience working with cross-functional development teams
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ownership, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem solving
- The ability to navigate complex environments and drive change
- Experience in banking, lending, financing, or other financial services
- Knowledge of corporate lending products and processes
- Experience working with large-scale integrations and distributed systems
- Experience in a cross-country or international organization
