About the role
As a Senior Prime Finance Sales professional, you will drive new client acquisition and deepen relationships with sophisticated hedge funds and institutional clients. You will be responsible for originating, structuring, and growing revenue opportunities across prime brokerage, synthetic financing, and related flow products. This is a high-impact, front-office role for someone who thrives on client engagement, market connectivity, and delivering best-in-class solutions. In addition to day-to-day proactive sales activities with the clients, such as e.g. executing swaps, stock loans and other financing transactions, you will also work with developing our value adding capabilities. This means, together with the rest of the team, identify ways which to increase client activity and related income through advisory.

The role also includes a very close relationship with the other sales desks within SEB Equities, in order to secure that we cover clients with as broad product/solution offering as possible in a coordinated fashion.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have
• 15+ years of relevant experience in prime finance, prime brokerage sales, hedge fund coverage, or related institutional sales roles.
• Established relationships with hedge funds, multi-managers, or institutional investment firms.
• Deep understanding of financing structures, margin models, collateral management, synthetic products, and operational workflows.
• Proven track record of originating new business and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong commercial judgment, communication skills, and technical product knowledge.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-driven, and highly collaborative environment.
