What is your team like?

You will become part of a friendly, professional, and supportive team that works with identifying, analysing, and mitigating both operational and credit risks, as wee al improving various banking processes to ensure more efficient ways of working. Our daily work involves close collaboration with SEB teams across the Baltics.

Location: We welcome applications from candidates in any city where SEB has an office.

As a Risk Manager, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end risk data aggregation topics, coordinating inputs across risk types and stakeholders
  • Lead advanced risk monitoring analyses and synthesis of trends across risk areas to support management dialogue
  • Lead coordination of data quality improvement initiatives across risk areas and stakeholders
  • Lead development and coordination of risk data content supporting management and stakeholder reporting
  • Lead coordination with business units, Risk Management units, and central functions on risk data and monitoring topics
  • Lead development and implementation of enhancements to risk data and monitoring frameworks.
We would like you to join our team if you:
  • Demonstrate broad understanding of risk data interdependencies across risk areas
  • Lead complex analytical topics and translate analysis into management-relevant conclusions
  • Lead stakeholders dialogue in risk data topics and influence shared understanding
  • Lead cross-functional coordination on risk data and monitoring initiatives
  • Demonstrate high level of professional judgement and contribute to capability building
  • Hold a university degree.

3.750 € - 5.650 € a month
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
