SEB isn’t just a bank – we are also a modern technology company with many talented IT professionals, including product owners, business developers, finance and risk experts, analysts, architects, and software developers. More than 200 systems and applications supporting our products, business processes, channels, and data are created and maintained within the Product & Technology Development department.

You will join the Local Regulatory & ESG Reporting team within the Finance, Risk and Data Tribe, developing reporting solutions that support local financial regulatory and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reporting across the Baltics. The role combines reporting development, data analysis, and technical problem-solving, giving you the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, finance, regulation, and sustainability while improving and modernising critical reporting solutions.

We are open to both Mid and Senior level profiles. Mid-level colleagues are expected to independently own end-to-end tasks, while Senior colleagues take broader ownership and helping the team navigate more complex or ambiguous topics.

As a Reporting Solutions Developer, you will:
  • Analyse business and regulatory reporting requirements and translate them into end-to-end reporting solutions, from data selection and transformation to the final reporting output
  • Develop new reports by identifying and extracting relevant data from the data warehouse using SQL, Python, or other appropriate technologies
  • Analyse existing reporting solutions and implement changes based on new regulatory requirements, business needs, or opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing reporting solutions, investigate data or process issues, and identify their root causes
  • Implement data calculations, mappings, reconciliations, and validation logic to ensure reliable and accurate reporting outputs
  • Collaborate with business developers, architects, team members, and end users to clarify requirements, solve reporting challenges, and continuously improve existing solutions
You are the right fit if you have:
  • Experience developing or maintaining end-to-end reporting solutions, including working with data selection and transformation using technologies such as SQL, Python, or SAS/WPS
  • Good understanding of data warehouse concepts, data structures, and how data is selected, transformed, and used for reporting
  • Experience analysing existing solutions, identifying issues, and implementing improvements or changes
  • Analytical and solution-oriented approach, with attention to detail and a sense of ownership
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into structured technical or reporting solutions
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Good written and spoken English for collaboration with colleagues across the Baltics

It would be an advantage if you have experience with:

  • Regulatory, financial, risk, or ESG reporting
  • Reporting automation, reconciliations, or data-quality controls
  • Established reporting solutions or modernising legacy reporting processes
Tools and technologies we use:
  • Data & development: SQL, Python, WPS / SAS
  • Databases: Sybase IQ
  • Workflow orchestration: Apache Airflow
  • Version control: GitHub
  • Development tools: GitHub Copilot
  • Collaboration: Jira
What we offer:
  • Meaningful and challenging work in a highly skilled international team
  • A supportive and inclusive culture with modern, ergonomic workspaces
  • A hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office
  • Dedicated time for learning during work hours and access to global learning platforms
  • Competitive benefits, including health insurance, additional vacation days, and third-pillar pension contributions
  • A strong focus on wellbeing, supported by employee events, mental health resources, and other benefits

3.000 € - 5.500 € a month
(before tax deduction).
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
