About the role:

As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in the Capital Reporting process, ensuring accurate capital calculations and reconciliations in line with Basel IV regulations.

You will work closely with data and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to prepare, validate, and deliver reports for internal departments and regulatory authorities. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data, is open to change, and brings a positive, solution‑oriented mindset. Strong teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high reporting quality.

• Academic degree in Finance or Economics.
• Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools (MS Excel)
• Great communication skills and fluency in English, which will be your working language
• Willingness to develop yourself, an open and positive mindset, ready to take on challenges
• Understanding of Basel IV regulations (would be an advantage)
