About the role:
As the Product Owner for Privileged Access Management (PAM), you will define and drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance security, automation, and user experience. Working closely with engineers and stakeholders across Security, Risk, Compliance, and IT, you will translate business needs into solutions, manage the product backlog, and ensure successful delivery. You will also identify opportunities to improve existing processes, introduce new capabilities, and align PAM services with industry best practices.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within Identity & Access Management (IAM), including several years of experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Hands-on experience with leading PAM and IAM market solutions such as CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar.
- Proven experience driving security improvements, automation, and process optimization within the PAM area.
- Experience working with AGILE methodology.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, security governance, and compliance frameworks, with experience supporting regulatory requirements, audit activities, and the remediation of audit findings.
- Proven experience in vendor management, including budget ownership, cost control, negotiations, and ensuring vendor services are delivered within agreed financial targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and drive complex initiatives across business and technology teams.
- Ability to lead, influence, and drive change without direct authority while building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience within banking, financial services or other highly regulated industries is an advantage.
- Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes is an advantage.
