We are looking for a Product Owner in Finance and Risk Tribe, SEB Baltics, Vilnius, Riga or Tallinn, who is interested in leading the development for our Tax and FCP reporting solutions. As a Product Owner you will work as a part of an agile team, focusing on maximizing the value of the deliveries to our stakeholders.

- Creating, clarifying and communicating backlog items;
- Lead transparent prioritization and act as the primary interface between the team and the wider organization;
- Supporting and managing stakeholders and bringing their voice to the Delivery team;
- Overseeing team’s development and evaluating product development progress;
- Coordinate deliveries and dependencies with other product owners and teams;
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments, contributing to the strategic agenda of the whole area.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Lead or in a similar role. Experience within Finance, Financial Crime Prevention (FCP), Regulatory Reporting or Data areas would be considered an advantage;
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to interact successfully within all levels of the organization;
- Strategic thinking and innovative mindset;
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English as you will be working on solutions, developing products and services in the Baltics, and collaborating with Baltic teams.
