About the role:
Join our innovative Device Management team as a Product Owner, where you'll play a crucial role in defining and driving the future of our Unified Endpoint Management services. This hybrid position combines strategic oversight with hands-on technical involvement, leading proof of concepts, initiatives, and projects alongside a talented team of engineers. You'll spearhead innovation, influence product and service decisions in key forums, and work within agile SAFe methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. - Previous experience working as a Service Delivery Manager or Team lead for IT Operations would be an advantage.
- Understanding of Unified Endpoint Management (SCCM, Intune, Windows and Mac).
- Knowledge of IT Service Management best practises.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Market awareness of device management solutions and emerging technologies, with the ability to evaluate and implement them effectively.
- Previous involvement in large organizations with complex IT environments and integrations.
- Great communication skills and fluency in English.
